“They just want them to incriminate Lance Armstrong and that’s my concern,” Daly said, adding that the prosecutors were working closely with the United States Anti-Doping Agency to pressure Armstrong’s former teammates. “To the extent that there’s anyone besides Floyd Landis saying things, the bottom line is, if you take away the soap opera and look at the scientific evidence, there is nothing.”

If it weren't true, why so many people would claim Armstrong used drugs? I don't understand any interest for folks to go at him today, if it weren't true.
During my years as a journalist, I had the chance to cover the Tour a couple of times, and got to speak with riders and doctors at the time (this was right in the middle of the Richard Virenque scandal). My conclusion at the time was that you couldn't win the Tour without the use of enhancement drugs and that most riders were actually using them.
Even though I really wish that it's proven that Armstrong hasn't used any drugs, I find it hard to believe.
